A lot of people keep asking us what disc golf is. Which we think is cool, but to help answer, here is a video you can watch and it explains the game a little.

If you want to talk about it more, just ask Cane or I and we'd be happy to explain. We love the game.

Wham-O owns the right to the word Frisbee... so it can't be called that by courses and manufactures. But yes, you are right Smile

And really, while you can use a Frisbee to play, it's not a good disc. The good discs are not really good 'catch' discs. Smile

Have you ever played? Smile

omg you are kidding? You really did that? Wow. That is one hard and very mentally and physically demanding sport. I'm very impressed. Even when I was at my top physical condition, I could not have done that.

You are an impressive lady. Smile

Oh and one other reason I love disc golf... it doesn't change the land much at all. Other then foot traffic and maybe a few trees get removed... but it's a good sport to take advantage of land, without ruining it Smile

Where i live has almost doubled in population in the last 15 years and I keep seeing areas that were pristine, that are now just concrete Sad

Yep for over 8 years. Swimming swimming swimming stretching stretching, swimming.

Its hard for men as you just dont have the flexibility.
it does tend to be an all female sport.

theres a show we have called Britains Got talent it mainly has random people singing and dancing and other things, but for the first time there was a synchro team on.

This is what i used to do but in a pool and a lot more technically with legs in the air above the water (though this is all about seeing stuff underwater.

dunno its actually one of the most physically demanding sports you can do.

But i loved it. I would do again in a heartbeat with a team and it would normally be done in a warm pool

My sport is the beautiful game of Paintball. I am playing pro division in the Asian Series and also used to compete in european championships aso.

I love Paintball because it is a real Teamsport, has lots of action and you need lots of dedication to achieve something. The game is always changing and you have to be able to adjust to all kinds of situations. You need lots of physical strength and stamina in our high divisions but also need to use your brain and be able to keep cool in any situation. This requires lots of experience and also intelligence.
You should try it is lots of fun and the hits look worse than they actually are. It doesn't hurt anymore at all after 11 years of pro paintball

I used to skate, snowboard aso for almost 20 years (and was pretty good at it too), but as my knees are busted i had to change to a less dangerous eXtreme Sport.

am not good at team sports. its not that i am difficult to play with. its just that my first try was basketball. too short. and too many fast starters or stars.

tried volleyball. again. what was i thinking. i was too short! argh affraid

tried swimming. did good. but the school's pool was outdoor. so got darker. clown

tried baseball but no organized committee or team.

all those i tried at school

but then four years at work, i found badminton. i may not be top seed. but i do bring and accumulated medals. hehehe cheers

played doubles though. tried to compete singles but only for 2 tournaments. lol!
